Liliana Germosen

Business Strategist/Founder

Liliana Germosen--sometimes known as "the fixer" and "the problem solver" to her satisfied clients--is a business consultant and the founder of Plum Strategies. If you're a business owner, you may have found already that it's easy to struggle with the daily operations, despite your passion for your enterprise and any talents or experience you possess. She is here to assist with all the logistics, operational madness, and strategizing necessary to get a business in order and on track towards achieving its vision. She is naturally gifted with making genuine connections, seeing things through multiple perspectives, facilitating communication between team members, and finding creative solutions. It's her passion to apply those skills to helping you and your business thrive.

For over a decade, Liliana has been gathering expertise in management, expansion, and operations. From marketing with an accounting firm to working as a commercial real estate service provider to launching and managing businesses in a brand-new market and finally to consulting, Liliana built a wide repertoire of skills that she shares with clients today--strategic partnerships, strategy, business development, operations, sales, accounting, and more.

Liliana was born and raised in New York, to immigrant parents who possessed their own entrepreneurial spirit. From her upbringing, she learned the value of hard work and grit. She holds a BBA in Marketing Management from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business in New York.
